Refund & Subscription Policy

Monthly subscriptions renew until cancelled. If you cancel, you keep paid features and quota until the end of the current billing period, then the account moves to the applicable free or inactive state.

Monthly subscriptions and page pack purchases are non-refundable by default. Payment disputes, duplicate charges, billing errors, and exceptional support cases are reviewed manually through [email protected].

Page packs apply to the current billing period and do not roll over unless a written agreement says otherwise.
